We were about to start VCAT proceedings and found out about the DBDRV. So we've raised a dispute and waiting for a case manager. So no real progress as yet. The builder had until mid December to reply to each one and a conciliation date is booked for later this month. It's been a lengthy process with the DBDRV just to get to this point!
