But that one goes down to the jump up. I'm building a house and the builder has located the sewer inspection point in the middle of where the driveway will be laid. I'm asking the builder to move on another location but they are now saying it will cost me. I assumed that this was part of the onsite costs. Any advise on this is much appreciated.
