Hi guys
I'm about to subdivide my corner block and build at the back. Ive built before and decided this time.I will draft my own plans and go to council to save some money.
I have one question about the overlooking reg. It states that windows should be designed so that they do not look into private secluded open space of neighbours with 9m distance at 45deg radius from the offending window.
If you have highlight windows say 600 high by 2100 wide mounted 2100 above floor level on the upper story which is begins at 3.3m above ground.. Does this regulation apply? Its not like you can stand on the floor and look through the highlight window downwards into the secluded neighbours space.
