Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Nov 27, 2014 10:04 pm We are building a new house and have just passed Practical Completion. I've been told by our builder that we need to have a Work As Expected survey signed off prior to the certifier issuing an OC (and I would have to fork out for the WAE). The survey has not been undertaken, yet I received an interim OC today. Unless I have misunderstood the builder, this seems to be a conflicting chain of events. I will be in the same situation whereby I need to have insulation done within 3 weeks of issuing of the OC. We are in NSW and require 2 positive covenants to be placed on the property didnt really underdtand this but apparently it will take a few months, and have just been… 2 7434 0 5666 I don’t think so as the floor area over 300 square meters then it is class 3…. 12 17922 |
