Once the 20mm decking is installed, you can imagine that the first half of that row of weepholes will be covered. Thoughts? They are restricting where excess moisture that finds its way into the cavity can escape not to mention that they will be causing a potential termite ingress point. Instead of using a ledger board against the house, I'll be putting an extra bearer attached to ground stirrups, and the joists will be slightly cantilevered Hi, as per the subject.
