I have no knowledge of the Melisavon Struct Engineers, but it goes to show even the big players who are in it for big $$, still cant get it right. Pathetic. The good news for home builders is that certifcation on site is ever increasing, 30 years ago cowboy contractors would getaway with doing anything on site....not so now. We used to have local councils who required a check of structural designs by another independent structural engineer. Guess you needed that government economising measure re-instated.
