Packing should be provided under the overhanging timber. This is easy to do now whilst there is access to the outside of the wall frames. I still an overhand issue due to creep. It took me several walls before I realised what was happening and then I started making the frames 5mm shorter than the drawing. STEFF62 Framing should be fine, but he will only be able to nail the baseplates in, I wouldnt think you can dynabolt them after 24 hours.
