Can an occupancy permit be issued if I do not tile the second bathroom and second toilet and laundry? I am building on a slab Reason I ask is that I think my flooring choice will be my final decision and I don't want the builder to install wet area tiles if I only have to rip them up so I can get the tile I want instead of their crappy ones.
