I have hairline cracks in the corners of most rooms, but I do have a very obvious crack down the middle of the exterior of my son's bedroom it has cracked bricks. My father noticed that there is some separation of one level of bricks. I didn't build this house, it was an established house when I bought, but it has a sloping block and I think they did drop edge beams when constructing it, the main floor of the build has separated where they have bricked the drop edge beam, do you follow my technical speak? And my entry sills to the front and back doors have major cracks in them, when I say major you can fit more than two coins side bt side down them... Do I have a case for a claim?
