It reads ' Our construction practices comply with the requirements of the National Construction Code 2012 (NCC), The tolerance values and standards of workmanship for all our building work undertaken is equivalent to the quality of the display home and as detailed in the NCC' Is this what it should read? Regardless, A) the builder still has to comply to Australian Standards. The Australian Building Standards and Tolerances is just a summary of most of the relevant tolerances mentioned within each relevant Australia Standard. B) unfortunately sometimes the guarantee the builder gives is only as good as the paper it's written on. All in all, make sure you have done your research on the builder and you are happy with their history of producing quality homes. Building Standards; Getting It Right! Hi, yes, we have the report.
