Although we paid extra to cover a BAL of 19 there was no mention of gutter guards anywhere on our plans or anywhere else and when i read the australian standard it says they arn't required and if they are fitted they must be non flammable. Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this? The builder keeps telling me i need them but i really don't want to spend the money on them and the land has been cleared all around us now and the fire threat is all but gone.
