Can somebody point me in the right direction with the regulations before I request something silly to the builder? I know you must keep a certain distance from corners and from windows but not sure by how much. Also half the lounge has an accessible roof space (so we should be able to flu straight up) and the other half is actually the bottom of the upper floor which is now not accessible. Ideally we would like it to be flush with the external wall, so would mean cutting out the internal and external brick (yes downstairs is all solid brick walls) and the heater would stick into the 1m walkway on the side of the house.
