Roof pointing before handover - often roof companies drag their feet with this if the builder doesn't hold back enough money to get the to return. Fixing permanent external doors - often done at lockup, but if you've got expensive doors they don't want damaged then often done 2 weeks before handover. Tiling wet areas is usually after lockup and fixing, after the vanity cupboards are installed. bath, basins etc... is usually after fixings. Thanks for much mate.
