DH has just noticed that the gutters on one side of our house is full of water and appears to be bowed. DH said the fall of the gutter is incorrect which is currently causing rain water to spill from the gutter - not in huge amounts, but our concrete around the house is always wet in one section.
Anyway, so DH sent the builder an email about this problem and we haven’t heard from them. So do you think this is considered urgent to be fixed?
The reason I ask is that we have sent our builder a list of 19 things to date and they have come back saying they aren’t urgent items to be fixed and can wait until our 6 month maintenance review (I think they’re hoping we’ll forget as they don’t remind us of our 6 month review, we have to contact them).
Anyway so back to my question, would you let this problem go for another 4 months until 6 month review or push for it to be fixed now?
Also I noticed we have these marks on our gutters too. I think it might be related to the gutters being full of water…
