How much time would you give a builder to do the repair work once the 3-month maintenance request has been submitted??
I got the maintenance inspection done at the end of July.
I have been in constant contact with the builder only to leave voicemails & get no response.
At times, I have called daily
Have also spoken to the manager who then advises that the maintenance team is very busy.
But no timeframe given as to when things will be repaired.
I have a caesarstone benchtop in the kitchen which has had cracks ever since it was installed.
People have come to have a look, take measurements
I am thinking about going to Consumer Affairs.
Any suggestions???
