If so, it's probably due to house settling. How long ago was the house finished? What soil type are you on? Can you post an updated pic? How big is the 'damage'? Our builder purposely did one particular cornice ending in a way I don't like, but the SS said it's better because future settlement cracking will be less obvious and would be easier and nicer looking after fixing than if he did it the other way.
