But it happens to us Our roof tiles guy (who was arranged by the builder) who checked and repaired the broken roof tiles has informed us that we have no roof insulation...We quickly called to the builder and now the builder tried to check with our site supervisor for further information. The roof guy said it will cost us a lot as summer will be very hot and winter will be very cold. Should we ask the builder to compensate for our heater cost since the house handover?
