Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Jun 20, 2010 10:56 am Hi, Another quick question which somebody probably can answer. In our contract the term "Match C/B Stone" as colour option for the render is used. I can remember to have selected a certain colour (somehow an earth/beige colour) which I found out now being described like this. The brick is yellow. What can I expect now? What does "match C/B" stand for? Thanks, Chris Re: What does "Match C/B Stone" mean? 3Jun 20, 2010 11:22 am borg i guess it would mean to match colorbond color stone. Hmm, so I agreed to a colour which they decide would "match" the colorbond garage gate and brick? Hopefully the outcome "matches" in my eyes as well. Probably hard to argue what "matches" or not?! Was probably not realls smart to have it signed like this Regards, Chris Re: What does "Match C/B Stone" mean? 4Jun 20, 2010 12:03 pm Yes, it means that they are going to use a paint that is 'matched' to the colour Stone by Colorbond Current status: Busy making the house our home Built PD Francis 29 on our 576m2 block at Reflections in Tarneit Reflections Estate Thread Our Build Thread Re: What does "Match C/B Stone" mean? 5Jun 20, 2010 4:10 pm wizard Yes, it means that they are going to use a paint that is 'matched' to the colour Stone by Colorbond Thanks, couldn't find "stone" on colorbond's website but found something from DULUX which comes close to our chosen colour. Strange, because they aslo specified the brand which is Haymes and they use their own colour codes. Regards, Chris Dear Members I have to decide the Facade column size.
