HI there,
Can anyone tell me what the regulations are for the Shire of Wanneroo in Perth for building a new house. We were told it was 50 % But is that the minimum or the maximum? Please help?
Thanks
Fozzie
Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! Re: Building to Land ratio permitted in Waneroo Shire Perth 2Jun 08, 2010 5:58 pm Hey Fozzie Shire of Wanneroo covers a few areas. It depends on whether the block is zoned R20 or R40. R20 blocks are normally bigger, and your house can take up a maximum of 50% of the land. (Note this includes living areas only, so for example an alfresco does not count towards this 50%.) Those blocks that are zoned R40 are usually smaller, which is why the house is allowed to be over 50% of the land size. Not sure what the maximum is though for an R40 block. Land Settled: 29 March 2010 Pre contract & Deposit paid - 17 May 2010 Pre Start & Contracts Signed - 16 June 2010 Council Approval Received - 30 June 2010 Slab Down 30 July 2010 Plate High - Late August Lock Up - TBA 1 2994 2 1241 I don't think you're getting a response because you are not quite clear on what the issue is. yep, the site is not level, no site is! but are you just building a garage?… 1 1854 |
