Re: cosmopolitan homes finishing quality 9Jun 04, 2011 10:35 am jigarjan Hi, We are thinking of building with Cosmopolitan in Nelsons Ridge due to their present in the area. We spoke to their sales guy couple of times in New Roushill office and found him really helpful and knowledgable. We are looking at building Northcliff 30, we are happy with the design and everything. Plus cosmo is also giving us fixed price quote which includes, lights, drive ways, all the floorings (tiles downstaris & carpet upstairs), blinds, solar system. So we pretty much have to move in once they are finished. Only the front fencing and landscaping is not covered. For me and my wife, we don’t have much knowledge of building process so we thought this is good if they do cover everything in fixed price. However, one thing we don’t like about Cosmo is their Fascade for Northcliff. They only have one fascade and it is also in the picture, not on display. We don’t like that fascade. Did anyone had this type of issues, and how did they overcome from it? I'm sure an alternative fascade could be organised. If they only have one fascade you'd be doing yourself and Cosmopolitan Homes a favour.
