To build this garage they are removing a part of my existing color bond fence and making a brick fence. I would like to know isnt builder suppose to take our consent before doing this ? What if you said no. Its too much hassle. My neighbour knew I was building on the boundary. They were not home the minute my builder decided to pull down the fence. So when my neighbour got home, he was was furious. I am kinda glad they pulled it down, because the way he was reacting (even though I told him the house was on the boundary) I think they would of said no you cant pull down the fence and my house would of been delayed for months. You can have the last word, just wait until they ask if the brickies can have access to your property to lay the brick wall.
