Marker tape at 150, and conduit at 300mm... Internal to building, under 100mm of concrete.... No cover required... Just be mindful, external the rule of thumb is 600mm no mater what... You never know when the pathway or shed slab is going to be pulled up! Electrical Engineer... Don't hold that against me... And keen owner builder... Mainly the building part!! I almost killed myself at a retirement village that is as questionable as a 3 dollar bill where the cables were between 200mm and 300mm below the surface running along side water pipes in the garden with no concrete...it was just dumb luck that i hit the water pipe and not the power cable. Staff had no idea where the infrastructure was located and told me it was safe. Not registered with DBYD. Now they want to charge me for the repairs. Not a happy little Vegemite! I am digging a trench at the moment to bridge the bag between the house and the flat.
