While waiting for our land to be accessible for engineering, I have obtained a soil report from a site nearby.
It says that the site is E-D, P (fill) class with Ys value about 78mm.
Any clues as to which footing would be appropriate for such site? Any red flags I should look for when receiving a quote from a builder?
