Hi I had an extension done over 10yrs ago jumped through all the hoop except the final now I want to prepare to sell and want to get it signed off I live in qld. Who would I have to go through?

You need to get in touch with a building certifier. You also need to have all design plans, form 15 and inspection forms signed off.

Do you foresee any big obstacles I will face it being so long

I’m not sure if time will cause any issue, however the big obstacle is usually when people don’t have the required inspection certificates. For example form 12 for steel reinforcements after the concrete is poured or for the framing when all roof and walls are already lined. Also if you don’t have design plans or form 15.

The certifier though may have an option and treat the building as retro. It’s better to speak to a building certifier on the requirements.
