We are building on a zero-lot.
The first-floor windows on the zero-lot side is 1.2m away from the boundary. There are 3 windows on that side of the house in the first floor.
Can we just put a PVC frosted privacy film for half the window from the bottom to keep privacy? Are there any specifications that need to be considered for the occupational certificate?
