Hi, sorry if this is the wrong place - I’m new to the property/building journey (trying to buy my first home) so not sure where/who to go with these sorts of questions.
I went to an inspection earlier this week for a 10 yo townhouse and noticed these holes in the mortar and between the window frame.
Are these cracks/gaps/holes normal for a 10yo townhouse?
Or do they indicate a more serious underlying issue that should be investigated?
Any insight would be appreciated, thank you!
