Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Aug 04, 2021 8:10 am Hello I have a sloping block and access to a rather large amount of clean fill from a neighbour’s block. I want to level this to create a flat area with a retaining wall. In future I would like to build a house on the flattened area. How far away from the retaining wall would the slab for the house need to be? Can I even do this in NSW, Australia?
