Browse Forums Building Standards; Getting It Right! 1 Mar 20, 2021 8:12 pm I live on a zero lot boundary. My neighbour has concreted his side access with no drainage. Between his side concrete and my garage wall there is a gap, the boundary line is somewhere in the gap so we both own that space. Anyhow, neighbour added soil and plants in the gap. I am pushing to change that filled gap with gravel/pebbles. During heavy rain, water pools and sits against my garage wall. Should i be concerned or do you guys think it is fine ? Should i keep pushing to fill gravel or let it be ? TIA Thank you so much for the effort. We will use it to talk with builder. We also had idea of building duplex instead and seeking suggest ions. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=106744 11 13832 Levelling compound Ardit is the best but buy a bag of sand and make sand dam to protect your wood floor 2 15252 XCEM Alpha flooring seems to relatively new and I could not found any reviews.
