Try the following steps,
1. Use Proper Fasteners. The fasteners secure the roof material (in this case, the metal) to the roof deck.
2. Use Adequate Insulation.
3. Use Suitable Underlayment.
4. Overlay the Metal.
5. Use a Raised Profile.
6. Use Thick Metal Sheets.
7.Use Textured Metal Sheets

I’m an architect. These steps are for an ordinary metal roof on battens, not an insulated roof panel. I’ve installed the panels on my granny flat and the noise of rain is loud. It took us ages to get to sleep. Am now considering installing a secondary ceiling on framing with insulation blanket beneath without any connection to the panel. Be warned
