(See attached plan) Here is the scenario, if I turn the lights on from the switch behind the front door, I can turn the lights on/off from the other 2 switches no dramas. If I turn them off from the switch behind the from door, I can't use the other 2 switches to turn the lights on, in other words, the switch behind the front door acts like a main power switch, turn it off will cut-off the power feed to other 2 locations. Is this how it supposed to work? I thought having 3-way switches means I can turn lights on/off from any one of those 3 location. You should be able to turn the lights on or off from any switch regardless of the position of the other switches. The circuits haven't been wired correctly.
