In any event, the panels are 140mm thick external, 90mm internal. The foam is EPS and the R values I have no idea but would be very similar to comparable panels of the same thickness. The panels (I think) are now available in more modular sizes but mainly 1200mm wide by up to 8m long and are connected by pushing together a recessed edge joint and then screwing the panels together and the joint just gets plastered over like regular recessed edge plasterboard.
