Re: Dropped Edge Beam 2Oct 11, 2013 2:16 pm A picture would probably help but if I am reading your question correctly then - if there are weep holes (damp proof course) then the finished level must be a minimum 75mm below & sloping away from the building. Deep rebates are often included on sloping sites but the dp course is generally one brick course down from the floor level.
