Hi and need help!

Hi Everyone

My name is Rachel. I am a 30 year old married Mum of two beautiful children. We built our home with Macalister Prestige Homes six years ago who have since gone broke. We are putting it on the market, and are buying another block of land and going to build another house. I spoke to the conveyance today about getting a section 32. She told me what I need to get it. Issue is I can't find our COO, Certificate of final inspection and the builders warranty insurance and as our builder has gone bust I can't get from them. Any suggestions on who I need to see to get copies of these for the section 32? Looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing our new building adventures with you all. Cheers
