We are a (relatively) young family (dd 5 & 3) and we are looking to knockdown rebuild. My husband was born & bred here but I a have migrated from the northern suburbs!
We have been in our house for three years and have spent that time looking at different designs and changing our minds about a thousand times about what we wanted - or could afford. We came very close to a 2 storey until the costs for amendments blew out so I think we are going to go with a modest single storey as anything is better than the 80 year old 2 bedroom house we are in at the moment!!
