HI from another west aussie

As a primary teacher I have a huge amount of "resources". Hubby would call it junk. Every time you change year levels you end up with more resources and materials. I threw out a lot of things when we moved, sorted out stuff i thought i would need and packed everything else into boxes to stay stored until we'd built. I have about 20 bookboxes of stuff sitting in our spare room atm, some of which I have discovered have things in them I have need of after all. Unfortunately I have no where to unpack them. My hobby is fiddling around with computers. Also space consuming. Hubby has a heap of music gear from a past life with a 2nd job/hobby as a muso. He would also like somewhere to do yoga in peace and quiet. We are calling it our parent retreat/escape room.
Rational is if we do sell later there is external space to put a door in from near the front porch if someone else wanted it as a real home office. Or the room could become a 2nd main bedroom with room for another ensuite etc . The back bedrooms are very large and someone could easily have those as living /private areas and have 2 b n b rooms at the front if they were really keen.

The design lends itself to a couple of uses .

The kitchen is almost identical to the one we had in our last house although a little larger. The house layout is also very similar. Although last time we had a single carport next to the lounge, no parent retreat or kids activity/study room.
The games room will actually be set out as a large computer room with all our family computers networked together.
