Hello from Melbourne!

Hello everyone, another newbie here!

Have stumbled across this fantastic forum and I think I am going to be very glad I did!

My name is Leanne, hubby and I are building the Hamilton 34 with Porter Davis in Mernda, we are very excited. We are up to final approval stage with our finance and getting set to lay our slab...

Our land is in this estate www.woodlandwaters.com.au

We have 3 dogs, no kids (yet).

Hubby is a tradesman so I have already started a long list of jobs for him.. :lol:

anyway I look forward to reading the boards and hearing about everyone's experiences.

Hi Leanne,

My name is Kate and my husband and I are building at Mernda too. We are building at Mernda Villages www.merndavillages.com.au

We are building the Monteden with Porter Davis.

I just found this site too, and I am so glad. It is extremely helpful. Actually kinda exciting to find someone building in Mernda and with Porter Davis as well.

Our house is at lock upstage so they are just starting the interior now. Let me know if you have any problems with PD and I'll keep you posted with ours too! Chances are the same lot of tradies will be working in the Northern areas
