Gudday from Melbourne

I've been hanging around for a while and made a few posts and got some informative answers. The other day I noticed some new stars under my name and hells bells I've made 50 posts...hey...how did that happen! So I thought I'd better formally introduce myself.

We are a typical SITKOM family (Single Income Two Kids Oppressive Mortgage). We've been in Point Cook for about seven years were we built a new home using a spec builder and my own design. During the seven years we established a garden, and a family.

But I've run out of jobs in the garden so we starting looking around and fell in love with an established home in an adjacent suburb (about 5 k's away) and bought in Feb (moving in May). We love the "new" house, it's got a unique layout (it was a custom design as well), quality fitout...and best of all its on 1100 sq.m and the backyard is a blank canvas (18 m x 24 m) of space to create my new garden, only the front and side gardens are established.

The back with verandah, which has a 2.5 m wide stainless steel BBQ bench with stainless steel BBQ, and heaps of room for entertaining. The upper storey is a 5 x 3 loft study for the home office with views to the You Yangs

I've got a stack of landscaping to do...so I'm sure to ask all sorts of dumb questions in the upcoming months...and years.

Look I was thinking of it but I'm too much of a gentleman to say anything....well at least not until I have 100 posts...then I'll say things that'll make your hair stand on end.....22 to go!

There's a term to describe someone who writes wasteful posts on a forum in order to get there post count up....it sounds like post more....

It's commonly used on another forum I visit. Certain members actually got so hung up on maximising their postcount by posting absolute rubbish, that the postcount was removed by the moderators!

Those members were labelled as *****.
