Joining in from Sydney!

Hi All,

Where to start?!

Well, we've just sold our home and have put a holding deposit down on one. I'm nervous, scared, terrified, excited, anxious, happy, and a whole lot more all rolled into one!

We're moving suburbs & schools, yet will only be 5.5kms away from where we were.

We're going from a 12 year old home that needs a lick of paint to a much older home that needs quiet a bit of work.

No doubt I'm going to be looking for guidance, advice, and probably a shoulder to cry on over the next few months!
