Hi all,
I'm a 27 year old girl in the final stages of renovating a Victorian miners cottage.
I've come across many challenges in my pursuit of the perfect home - particularly with tradies not taking me seriously or trying to rip me off, but I'm still standing strong (and so is my home!).
I'm looking forward to sharing my tips and getting some advice from others out there who's renos have taken over their lives!

Stay firm and do your homework so the tradies will know that they can't pull anything over your eyes. We are building this time around but have renovated 3 homes prior to this... And the marriage has lasted!!!! Feel free to search the forum for answers and if you can't find what you are after, ask away with questions. Soon you'll be addicted, like us
