Hi from Pakenham

Hi everyone,

Long time reader first time poster.

I have been reading all your posts and blogs and thy have been very helpful.

I am Adam and my girlfriend Tramicka are building our first home in Lakeside Pakenham on a 630sq corner block backing onto wetlands, we are buliding the Aspen by M3tricon with the Californian Facade.

Our land is due to settle on 1st November but we are trying to get it done earlier so we can start building in October.

So far very happy with M3tricon, we are renting a M3tricon ex-display home and my brother built with them also and could not be happier.

So thank you all in advance for all your help as i am sure that as always the posts will be both funny and insightful.

hey adamtram im also building at lakeside pakenham starting december this year.we cant wait.. its a lovely estate isnt it

your in botanic walk area? hope you have a good experience.

Yeah lakeside is fantastic :lol:

we currently rent here and decided to build, we are in the parkway just across from the future station.

adamtram im in the Botanic walk area of lakeside. yes the new station will be a good asset and close by. Also new school going to be built near by .

Clath, this end of lakeside will quite nice and becom the new entry wit the bypass coming through, so i think delfin will make sure our end always look good!

You can hop off the boat anytime you like

- but it's not long before you just damn well want to get back on.

Welcome to the forum as an active poster - and I am sure everyone (readers included) looks forward to your questions and input.

How about we aim for a record number of new posters signing on and saying hi before the End of October 07?

I PM'd you after I saw your avatar, but you've basiacally answered all my questions in the welcome post. We are also building the Aspen in Werribee except we will have the nuvo facade.
