Hello everyone ! Building in SA

Hello Everyone,

I have been reading the forums avidly the last month or so and thought it was about time I introduced myself.

My name is Jeanette and am currently on maternity leave, my husband and I have 3 children, and live in a rental property with 2 bedrooms! So before the baby is out of the cot we need a new house otherwise there will be 3 of them in one room.

We have paid a deposit for a block of land in Flagstaff Hill and have signed a building contract with Statesman to build the Adelaide.

We have altered the plan to include a 900mm oven which I declared I must have as I have a child with multiple food allergies and I make most of his food from scratch.
