Been lurking for many months and taken on board hoards of advice from all you lovely people. I've posted a few times but only recently noticed the Introductions as my addiction worsened and I started reading everything on here!
We came over 2 years ago from the UK and are building a Porter Davis Francis 29 at Woodland Waters, Mernda. Land settled yesterday so hopefully won't be too long now! Currently renting in Rowville so happy to hear from anyone out Mernda way as it's a completely new area for us.

Hey Wanna, I'm new here too and also looking in the Mernda area to buy some land and build! Not sure if I am going to go to Woodland Waters, Riverdale or Mernda Villages yet though!
