Hello all,

First this is a great source of information for anyone considering building a home and I thank everyone that has added to this as it has greatly helped us out so far!!

We have just put a deposit down on a piece of land in the Waterside estate out near Penrith and are eagerly awaiting some tenders from 2 builders who had designs we liked. Now we are just nervous/anxious to find out what the "damage" will be

Is there anyone else out there that has built or is building at this estate? Would like to hear from other people in regards to their experiences there.

Anyway thats enough talk from me Was planning on just saying hi!

yes it nice out there a nice spot I lived out at cranebrook had a lovely home out there before deciding to move to qld
