Church near the house

Hi All,

There is a church in around 50 m on a straight line from my planned house (two land blocks away).

The church itself is masked with the trees and has around 2 m higher elevation.

The church is not directly facing house on a straight line, it is a bit on the side.

I wonder how this potentially affects energy of the place and what can be done to improve the situation from Feng Shui stand point.

The location of the house is very important. Avoid purchasing a house near Churches, Temples, Fire Stations, and Police Departments. The front of the house should not face any jagged edges, rocks, or 'unhealthy' objects. The front of the house should not face waters without land across the waters

How about a house situated right across from a Golf course? or across from a University?

A house right across from a Golf course, sounds nice but surely need to know the landscaping of the golf course.
And if across from a Uni, again will need to know what is the shape of the building and how tall and how close it is from you. But schools should do ho harms unlike church or temples.
That's why in chinese we said "look Feng shui", must physically observe and collect data by "Seeing" the surronding.
