Outlook is as important as the design of the neighbouring properties, including Alfresco areas. The smaller blocks eg under 300-400sqm makes it very cozy living. If you like the house, get it.. if you need to sell, you will find someone who likes it. It might just take longer than one of those "safe investment" houses.
