Outside skin is face brick. What is the standard procedure here for retrofitting flashing? Seems the head, jamb and sill flashing is generally installed during construction? Would we have to remove a further 2 courses above window/door locations to install new flashing? I'd prefer not to do this though. Thanks in advance!
