Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Feb 10, 2020 8:15 am We had quite a bit of rain last night and because of the wind it was blowing up against our front door for some of the night. This has resulted in water damage and bubbling (photo attached). It’s a new home that we have been in for about 7-8 months, and we have passed our defect period and review with our builder a few months back. The water has also got under the eco seal and has wet a bit of our floating timber floor by the front door. I’m not sure if the water went under the eco seal or soaked into the door and dripped down. Is this something I contact the builder directly about? What are the chances of getting it fixed since our defect period has passed? Thank you!
