Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Mar 12, 2018 11:48 am Hey guys, two questions. 1. What kind of film would you recommend we can install after handover to windows in our galley and west facing stairwell to block out heat? Has anyone done this with their build? Just worried about the heat, particularly in the galley and causing food to spoil. We did think about tinting the windows as part of the glazing but decided not to. 2. We have a small hi lite window above our bed. Did not want one but had no choice as it's part of our exterior corner treatment. Thinking we will furnish it with plantation shutters which look nice. But what can we do to stop light coming in through the slats that doesn't involve curtains on top? Any ideas for some sort of film or inside covering we can install behind the shutters? Thanks! Only uses high quality materials, and his workmanship is spot on.
