Glazed (glass) windows and doors are the first to be considered, but any other openings/ cavity on the external wall can allow noise to enter the building. If your major concern is the windows/ doors, try a specially fabricated glass named Hush Laminated glass. I am pretty sure many window manufacturers can help with this matter.
