I have take on a project of converting my shed into a fully lined rumpus room. As you can see in the photos I have installed the windows, I now need to install the box around the windows so I can bring them out to where the framing and plasterboard will sit once the walls are all done. I was going to use 12mm maranti for this so I make the box first then put it around the window and how do I connect it to the window? Any help would be great. Thanks in advance ?

The box goes in first and the window is attached to it. Usually.

Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity.

that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink
